About the Laister - Kauffman LK - 10A
Designed and built as the TG-4A, over 150 of these sailplanes were delivered to the U.S. Army as two-place training gliders. The airplane featured fully-cantilevered wood wings and tails, with a steel tube fuselage, all covered in fabric. Very popular for racing after II.
